There's a place in Gainesville called Atlanta hwy seafood market. I've always thought it was a place to go buy seafood, and take home to cook. I've recently found out that while you ctdo that, it's also a restaurant. They have grouper, Mahi, red snapper, etc. God willing I'm going this coming week!

son and DIL have contract on their house,

It came a little more than a month after they moved tp Clayton, Mo. school district. Deal was reached a day after the Great Flood w/ a couple who had checked out the place weeks earlier. Interestingly, my wife spoke frequently about how we might buy it despite the basement laundry room and upstairs bedrooms. All three grandkids were born while they lived there, and the wonderful memories made it very difficult to say goodbye to the place.

I've avoided posting the news out of fear of jinxing it. A woman who lives in Calif. signed contract to buy the place weeks ago and deal fell through about 3 days later, She wanted to buy house for her son who was going to be a freshman at Wash U. She toured home with help from her realtor's smartphone and had just lost out on a more expensive house in son's neighborhood. She had complained that their kitchen was too small for her as she wanted to fly from the coast, and cook for him . Not sure what true story is/
