"Candy corn" is just such stupid candy. It doesn't taste like candy and it doesn't taste or look like corn.

It's like Reese's peanut butter cups except they're the best candy bar ever made. They're a candy bar that doesn't look like a candy bar or a cup, but are clearly an excellent candy bar choice for Halloween and all occasions.

Had a good Sunday out with fam. Proud of my son today he was looking sharp in a shirt and tie. Went scenic route home through Red Bank, and discovered Dubs is still in buisiness. I was sure it had closed years ago. Dubs after the Vols got a dun seemed appropriate. My childhood summers was Red Bank Pool followed by Dubs soft ice cream daily and I was skinny as a rail then. Did a U-ey and rolled in for soft serve effect. I can't have it, but got some for wifey and boy. It was a good day. Got home and wifey warmed up left overs, but not before changing and putting on Hooters outfit for my benefit. Gentlemen, never underestimate the power of soft served ice cream for your spouse.

We're shutdown Wednesday-saturday for Thanksgiving, and Tuesday-sunday for tge week of Christmas! We're gonna try to go to Florida a few days for Christmas God willing.

Happy that UNCA classes resume Monday. Not so happy that we’re remote the rest of the semester, but at least we get to finish what we started.
