The back yard at our other house, the one we are selling, looks like this. But no water inside and only a trickle in the garage. I guess I fixed it. The rain gauge is full and it tops out at 6. This yard gets runoff from two sides so it gets this way pretty quick. Luckily I have it draining better now. I know "that is draining better?".
