Great job!Capacitor checked good & 120v to the board was good. Motor was shot. Changed motor, capacitor & cleaned everything good. Old motor was filthy

So, I have a question. That filter in the bottom inside the furnace does what? Do you have duct filters as well?
I had my ducts cleaned (they did a great job), and I add new filter tracks and filters in the ducting. Just ordered 5" wide filters to replace the 1" filters. But I am curious if there is a filter inside the furnace, as the panel on my unit suggests there is... I guess I will pull that panel to see.
