I'm sooooo happy it finally rained, and still is. I'm pretty sure this is the first my plants have seen. I have 3 50 gallon plastic drums that are "fixed" to catch rain water from a gutter. They are half full this morning. Woot.

I'm not sure. Just guessing, it'd be the county folks that ride around and pop in on people building, or who have lumber to build to check for permits.
