Things I'm mad about today

I guess this accident is prolly gonna cost me 15-30k. Depending on what they value my truck at. SMH

Not mad, just cocerned....

Now that I've had my first vehicle accident in 44 years, I don't know what to expect from insurance company(s). Sadly, my 2014 F150 4x4 WAS flawless and under 91k miles, but nothing to write home about. The accident was 100% the other drivers fault.

Already been looking around for a new(er) one. Deer lawd the $$$$. Lol
Been there done that. Your insurance shouldn't be involved if you aren't responsible.

I know our homeowner's policy has something like "full replacement value," meaning the cost of rebuilding at current prices. I don't know if they have anything similar for vehicles, or if they just pay what it would be worth on the market. Good luck getting another older creampuff, if so.

My home owners insurance is the same. Cars, no. And my dumbass refused rental car cause "I don't have accidents." Lol

Reading through my policy I found out I did opt in to a 20% Car Replacement Assistace coverage. Which means my insurance company tacks on 20% to the value of muh truck. I got that going for me.

I'm with mojo on the rental. When I had my wreck years ago, their insurance had to pay.

Oh, sweet. I’ll have to check if we have that. Our Subie has ridiculously low mileage, and prices have exploded, so if it were totaled, it would be seriously painful.
