This Bowl Season has been Unwatchable

Sure. Texas St playing Rice sure was more fun than the 49er/Ravens game.

Again. If someone has to point out they don't watch the NFL, it just means they watch and watch a lot. You like football. You watch. No one believes you.
I've watched Josh Dobbs. Didn't say I don't watch NFL, I watch a lot of it. Just if they compete on TV, I choose College FB.

The bowl season has been bad for years now. Too many games and bad teams that don’t deserve to be in a bowl 6-6 and 5-7 teams and combine that with opt outs and the portal and it makes for some bad games. It will only get worse when the playoff expand to 12 teams next season , they really need to cut some of these unnecessary bowls out. It used to mean something getting invited to a bowl game.

I actually have enjoyed the games. For some teams it is like an NFL replacement team during the strike - not the regular season lineups but other kids getting their chance. Vols may be like that and Iowa is a challenging matchup due to their tough defense. Some of the ACC teams might have been better to face in the bowl game. Exciting to see what Nico and the kids can do.

How quickly you forget seven years ago when that guy did that thing before the game started.

Never forget! 🤓🥸

Yeah me neither. 😁

If something other than football keeps you from watching football, chances are you weren’t that big a fan to begin with.
Agree, nothing supersedes football.

Season ticket holder since 1985. Missed only two home games since. One was the game where Tee set the record for consecutive completions - my son had a championship game that day, the second being this year SC game when my granddaughter wanted my ticket.

Now they are having bowl games in revered Baseball venues, WTH is that all about?

I don't know. I watched most of the USC v Louisville game last night. And I watched some of the lower level championship between Montana and another team, I forget who now.

These early bowls are never important to anyone outside their own fans anyway.

Mediocre teams, terrible games.

Maybe the action will tick up this weekend. That being said, I'd watch the worst college game before I tune into the NFL.
Who's making you watch? I enjoy the bowl games, though I rarely watch the entire contest unless TENNESSEE is playing. Right now the SMU-BC contest is a good one. No skin off your nose, eh?

Watching it. Never miss a game. Rutgers / Miami next.

They are using that manual Fenway Park scoreboard. Looks like a throwback game. Rain, mud, etc. The groundskeepers are filling divots with green sand.

Yes, football played in the elements. Gotta love it.

I watch any and all football that is on tv. Whether good or bad. We only get a limited amount of time with it throughout the year, so I watch when its on
