This game is a great illustration of Derek Dooley's efforts at Tennessee

And this thread is a great illustration of your stupidity.

Yes, because Derek Dooley recruited at a level that would allow us to compete with Oregon. I know he isn't here anymore, but if you expected Butch Jones to turn around a program that has been destructed to being a 5-7/6-6 team every year into an SEC East contender in nine months, you may need to see a psychiatrist.

And I'm not "blaming" the past. It's just pretty telling that we simply do not have the talent to compete with Oregon at all, most notably on defense.

Three years of the 6th best recruiting class in the SEC has finally paid off!

Non-conference game that in the end for this team doesn't matter. Regroup and move on. Florida is a tough challenge, but no where near Oregon's level.

Forget it, O'Dools reign of terror is over. It's the CBJ era and we all knew this game was going to be a low point for us. Barring Alabama possibly, this is the best team we'll face all year.

Quit blaming DD. a learning experience. Our one hope to keep it close was for OL to control the lint of scrimmage and that didn't happen.
