Forget that the message here is a disaster, the entire thing was very well stated.i know one thing, it's to a joke to think the left is truly concerned about high gas prices. they don't care one bit, they think it's great because they want to force everyone to buy a prius and walk to work. they have become so beholded to the whacko leftists of this country and it's killing the normal American.
Give me a break, it's not mocking. It's the fact I'm not going to sit around whining about people making bad decisions and blaming the gov't. And the extra $2500 figure is a ridiculous amount of driving for someone who can't afford it. I guess ignorance of the law is a defense in your court?
That defies logic LG. Do you believe that is gonna help gas prices? I doubt you do. Obviously you don't, from your very last sentence. So why be for it?
Who cares if he has a tough time getting it through. It shows he uses flawed thinking, why would you want to vote for someone that has that.
I pay for my fuel monthly (got the ol' co-op card) and put about 25K-30K miles on my car each year, my gas butget went from $275-325 to about $675-700 but when it got high back in the spring I traded my 19mpg truck for a 28mpg car which has brought it down to about $475-525 per month and being a realtor my pay has dropped, but there is still business to be had you just have to work harder, so I agree it is not the govt fault, I hope they can play a small role in fixing it but still I traded to cut my budget.
The strain that this dramatic rise in gas prices is having on American families is not made up. Its real and it is going to mean a lot come November.
