This is an example of bastardizing the Constiution.

What if they killed your mother? Would you care if they read Miranda?
You have just provided a great example of "principle". I, on the other hand, have only provided a decent example of "sarcasm".

She passed 14 years ago, but yes, I think I would care. It would mean whatever law enforcement district is incapible of properly serving their citizens.

Miranda is a court ruling not a law written!

Thanks for the name calling, uber left winger.

I admit your thinking is an assault to one senses.

I understand my rights and don't need a law enforcement officer reading them to me.

Citizens also have the right to obey the law and if they do that to begin with then they won't be brought before the courts to defend themselves against criminal charges.

If you understand your rights and don't need a law enforcement office to explain them.

I wonder how this scenario would play out.
You are arrested for plagiarism and copyright violations.
Which have been thoroughly explained to you by gurus and moderators alike, one could even argue it being akin to due process. The U.S.Marshalls come for you,and you
freak,or rattle on,or go of on a tangent before being read Miranda and confess To all assumptions and crimes as stated or just say enough to have the appearance of being guilty.Would at this time,I wonder if you would still have the same provocation towards your believes as you have stated for the examples given by you in your post.

My point being you can hardly state that you don't need those rights or will never use them.Because you never know what's coming for you! :eek:hmy:

The majority of his post's content are word for word pasted from articles on the internet if you do a quick google search.

Would that not be intuitively obvious to the most casual of observers?? In most cases when I cut and paste I give a link and credit to the writer.

He did the community a disservice. The punk will only get a gun, and the next innocent victim probably won't survive. He had a clear cut case of self defense. He should have dispatched the little thug.

Well the little thug, no mater how misguided, was a person too and my friend was of a mind that he had already killed more people than he had cared to in one lifetime.

:eek:lol:

Bring it on.:clapping:

One thing is I have two cell numbers, the head of the US Marshalls office of this district and my defense attorney. :shades:

Has anyone ever told you that you don't have a very good command of the English language??? If not let me do so right now.

Unless this man is mentally incompetent he should not have been freed. He went before a judge and plead GUILTY to the charges. Had he fought the case and brought into question the admission he gave to police I might look at it from a different point of view. He didn't though and told the judge before sentencing he was guilty.
