Within this context, Kenny's best song would have to be "Please Come to Boston," since it references a woman who is the "the number one fan of the man from Tennessee."

Not Kenny. Dave Loggins, although same last name, is, "speculated", to be Kenny's cousin.

Eighter way.

"Please come to Boston" is a good song from the 70's, I never really latched on to it, because he sounded desperate. But still a good song, cause, you're right, TENNESSEE!!

Oops, you're right. Thanks for recovering my fumble on that play. I have to agree with the nomination of "Danger Zone"; that was a great song.

Of course, the antithesis of Vanderbilt's slogan, "Anchor Down," would be "Anchors Aweigh," the U.S. Navy's song, which is indeed a stirring song (US Navy Anchors Aweigh - YouTube). I wonder if the Pride of the South Land Band would ever consider playing it as a veiled taunt of Commode U.

I actually would have thought of feel good music to be something like this:

Nothing better than "Rocky Top" played by our band and sung by all in Neyland stadium!!!

It just doesn't get any better than that.

Now it's time to sink the commode dores and send them back to Nashville crying their little eyes out.

#BrickbyBrick...VFL...GBO!!!

Navy women!!. Sweet. I'm retired Army. But, if I met a Navy woman, I would treat her right, before she "ships out".

You're right, "Anchors Away", lets go!!!
Anchors down, WTF??

I'm old and old school, what is mm bop?

If the title of the song has 'bop' in it, then you probably should leave it alone. Unless you are under 17. Or over 70, and grew up listening to late 1950's music.

....the last home game of the season. I can't believe it's already here. The last time to put the flags and magnets on the car and drive up I-75, waving at fellow fans along the way, listening to feel good music.

The last time to line up at the Vol Walk to support the players and cheer them on. The last time to watch the band play and form the Power T and watch my Vols run through it. And for some of these guys, it's my final time to watch them take the field. These seniors are a remarkable group of young men. I will scream and hollar, and clap and cheer for them. They represent, to me, what is good in sports.

So, if you're a Saturday fan and you focus on a winning week, cheer for these kids. They have been through an awful lot these last few games. They need you tomorrow.

If you're a season fan, cheer for these kids. They are going out to continue what they started in August.

And if you're a Tennessee Volunteers Football fan, like me, cheer for these kids. Good or bad, win or lose, WE ARE THE TENNESSEE VOLUNTEERS! And it's GREAT to BE a Tennessee Vol!!!

Oh, and one more thing. Get ready to celebrate y'all. Tomorrow is a win. :)

GO VOLS!

Well said, and heres to the next three games :)
