bison is very easy on the stomach for me. So lean. No grease or fat. No grissle. Creole just gives it a little kick. Or do cavenders.
And for the other poster, you can get it sealpacked at Kroger. It's not cheap, but 2 packs will feed my 5some with one extra burger and costs @ $14. Cheaper than going out and nobody beats my bison burgers. I'm serial.

Gotcha. I always see it at the grocery store when I'm in the meat section but I always skip over it. I've been tempted many times but never buy it. One of these days I'll try it.
