USC is another media darling so I do hope they lose at least one more. TCU needs a loss because there would be great pressure to include them if they are an undefeated power 5 conference champion. Bama losing is aways good but especially for our chances because Bama is the biggest media darling of them all.

I think OSU hasn’t been impressive enough with their resume to get in over Tennessee. They’d only have 1 ranked win against Penn State. We have more. Plus losing at home vs. losing on the road. But yes, we need to finish strong as to leave no doubt we’re a top 4 team.

Getting the #5 spot, at worst, with Bama and Clemson gone and Ohio State v Michigan looming is about as good as it gets with today's loss. Pretty much says everything is in front of you if you take care of business for the rest of the season. Back in control of your own destiny.

yes to be relevant again and with that comes times like this....so gotta move forward...still say we'll be the second sec team in teh CFP as we win out the season. 11-1 really what were those chances in august???

I agree that I don't think they would deserve to be in over us, but I worry it would happen anyways.

Texas is going to do Tennessee a favor for saving it from Mexico and as a good will gesture to the SEC and Tennessee it will beat TCU next week. 😀😂! I do think the Longhorns will get them.
