Is Hooker not a VFL because he played elsewhere? What about a guy like Ty Chandler who played 4 years and got a degree from Tennessee, only transferring due to getting a 4th year from Covid? How about Cade Mays, who committed to a rival despite being heavily pursued by Tennessee and even had the nerve to film himself besmirching Tennessee before eventually coming home?

We were at our highest point in 2 decades after this game. Undefeated, about to be ranked #1 in the initial CFP rankings . Life was good.
