I also have heard rumors on TOS such as; Brian Van Gorder or Kevin Steel if Jancek coaches Linebackers to be our DC, and also Willie Martinez to coach Devensive backs. I do say that we will see at least three guys coming from cincy. Probably Jancek, Majankin, and Johnson, but the rest of the staff I think is wide open.

That's higher than we've been in a long while. I'm willing to give them a shot. You don't get that high without some quality wins, and without convincing some knowledgeable people..

I wish people would just let him do his thing. If they wanted us as coaches, they would have hired us.

I hope Hinshaw's departure means that Tee is coming. That would be a definite upgrade in every respect... and I actually like Hinshaw.

WATE just reported that Graham is staying for sure.
They also reported that Hinshaw is the only other staff member still being considered.
He was not told he was let go. Not yet!

According to WATE news at 10 on WBXX Hinshaw told Jones he wants to stay, and Jones is thinking about it.

Everyone else is gone !

I'm pretty surprised people haven't said we need position coaches that bleed Orange...I think I remember that when Dooley was finding a staff

Hinshaw to QB's and Tee at WR's would be pretty good IMO. If it's true he hasn't been released.

Along with everthing else you confounded .I don't see his D Coord. going to LB coach, but then I never thought that Coach Dickey would leave with the Al. beating teams he had assembled. Nor did I anticipate his son Daryl to lead us to a Sugar Bowl victory against the mighty Miami Braggers and V. Tetaverde. Rock On.

Why did Hinshaw need to go? Here's one of many examples of what he's done- if he wasn't here last year, we would've been seeing CP scoring all those td's on us instead of for us.

On topic though, Bajakian is a smart guy and I like his offense. Hopefully it doesn't take long to get the personell he wants, or else we won't see a first down all year.

As for the DC... I don't really know. He got fired from Georgia, but did well at UC.....

Red flags if I have ever seen them, but atleast he runs a 4-3.
