Again, are you happy with the offense performance? If they continue to play this way the remainder of the year will you be happy?

Karnac says VOLS don’t win many if any if there aren’t changes in the offense.

If you’re a huge fan youre 100% the type of fan that’s a problem in every fan base. Every team has things that they would like their team to better. None of that matters as long as you win. We are currently 5-1.

I can be perfectly happy that Tennessee won but still poke a little tiny bit of fun at that first half. Tennessee's defense is great, they did the work, no doubt, but anyone rewatching the game will probably just start at the 3rd quarter. I mean I've got years and years of the Vols on VHS, but I don't exactly go back and fire up that 10-6 Miami game and watch the whole thing on the regular.

I don't know, if people want to get offended by the joke, go ahead I guess. Whatever.

I'm happy with wins. And we won. That's ALL that matters. If they continue to win I will be happy. I doubt you will be though.
Your panties are in a twist over what's to come. That's a fool's life.

Some on here, myself included, keep trying to change the minds of some of the special posters on here. It really is just an exercise in utter frustration. We could go undefeated, have a winning margin of 100+ points, be unscored on, win the National Championship.......and they would STILL find something to complain about.

I’m happy for the W but I will not celebrate an ugly win.

This offence has much real work to do and not much to celebrate.

I ran into this. Good analysis and some great points. Sums up my feeling about the FL game pretty well.

I love the manner the offense played on the first drive until the botched exchange. I also loved the OT drive. It's all about execution

Agreed. The stupid penalties are infuriating.

The sad fact is, in our contemporary era of insistent misery, hate-loving mindset, and self-pitying, people's brains don't work anymore. Whether the switch or button is in the OFF position, or there's a short circuit, the brain just isn't working.

I believe that most fans want to win every game and believe we have the talent to do so. Those beliefs may be a little short of reality, but one does not want to lose a game based on mistakes and poor effort. What some of us saw against Arkansas, Oklahoma and Florida was mistakes, and some players not play any where close to their potential. We cvan win any of the remaining games if we eliminate mistakes, especially penalties, and get better effort from a couple of the offensive linemen who have not put forth maximum effort. More aggressive play calling will eliminate the opposing defense from predicting what plays we will call in certain situations. We need to be smarter on offense than Alabama is on defense.

I generally agree but a minor distinction: Not only do they need to hear encouragement from coach, It is importance each player and coach holds themselves personally accountable for issues and tells their mates what they plan to do to get better.

My personal favorite is the laughing emoji post about ifs and buts when his entire complaint is based on ifs and buts.
