I believe that these posters are just as loyal to the Lady Vols as you are. Loyalty to a team does not mean that we all have to have the same opinion about the coaching staff.

It doesn't seem that way to me so I'll agree to disagree on your first point. Just because I choose to support the team does not mean that I accept what is happening or that I agree with what the coaches are doing or not doing or that I am okay with how the players are executing the game plan. I just don't believe in bashing coaches or players. No one gets a free ride in my opinion.

I read that article and it got me hot under collar. She's detrimental to the team and the University of Tennessee. There was nothing positive. Leave that kind of talk to the message boards. She definitely does not know how to communicate as her thought process is wacked. :crazy:

Holly should know by now after 30 plus years in the business on how to spin a negative into a positive. Her honesty is quite telling. She's lost command of her team. Straight from her lips the team is not listening to her. They are going at it alone on the court. And it shows.

Come on TENNESSEE bring in a new coach that knows what they are doing!

Well so be it you know what they say about opinions. It is not really up to you or me to determine what is a fan and is not a fan. As I said I support the Lady Vols but question Holly's ability to manage this particular group of players, especially on offense. It is no doubt that she knows defense.

I have read where several Holly supporters have bashed players. If you are not one of those people that is a good thing. However coaches have to be prepared to accept bullets. Sometimes Holly is her own worst enemy by the things she says during interviews. When the LV's fail to win, she just seems so lost with no ideology as how to correct the situation. As I said before, blaming players for loses is not what good coaches do. Those things do not inspire confidence from most fans.

I think both CHW and the players deserve every bit of the bashing there getting,we know there a lot better than what they have been showing,if it takes CHW benching some players till they understand there role on this team,then she should do it and as far as the players go,somebody make some crunch time plays,the coaches can't do it all for you

and don't forget that CHW is just plain terrible at giving out interviews,she has been like that since she took over as the head coach and I don't expect that will change at all

She can't coach but she's been to two elite in three years. wuteva. And how many SEC Championships. HOw many coaches in the SEC or around the country can say that? wuteva.

She can't walk. She can't talk. She can't stand. She can't run. She can't sit down. She can't do her nails. She can't. She can't. She can't interview...she can't even piss right...
wuteva... I back Pat and roll with Holly! She have to have a losing season for me to jump ship but that's just me.

You say you Back Pat and yet you think this is the way she would want this program to look? I don't think this is what Pat had in mind when she allowed Holly to take over the program.

Wow. Coming from you mule we know it must be bad. As much as I rant and rave I want them to do well. I will never take away my support. I just want everyone, coaches and players, to represent and continue the tradition that has been established.

If they were busting their butts and still lost I wouldn't be upset. If the coaches were coming up with excellent game plans and were developing the players and they still lost I wouldn't be upset. We may never be National Champions again, but as long as we are playing, coaching, and upholding the Lady Vol tradition I will be happy.

Like most everyone else I am growing tired of all the negativity, and I know I have contributed my fair share, if not more. I joined this forum a few years back mostly to hear about our recruiting and to connect with others who shared my love of the Lady Vols. Recruiting is kind of nonexistent right now and while I think we all love the Lady Vols, the forum now just gets me down. Think I'll lay off the posts for the time being. That will probably raise the positivity here by a few points.

When people are told over and over again that they stink as players, are lazy and not talented, they may start believing it. What good does bashing people in a public forum do anyway other than allow a person to vent their frustration. It's not like the players and coaches are spending all their time reading the posts here. IMO, it just comes off as whiney entitled BS worthy of Jr High School.

Of all people, I would not have expected you to condone player/coach bashing. I expect it from the other 99% of the people who post here and are dead set on tearing down this program but not you. I'm sure many will be happy that I am disappointed.
