Interesting comment on the Houston situation. I live in Houston, and while some people think Houston getting into the tournament saved Penders' job, other people are whispering that Billy Clyde is lobbying for the Houston job very quietly.

If Penders goes, Houston wants Clyde and Clyde wants the job. Pretty sure it would happen.

Duke has an excellent chance to make it to the Final Four. Look at the top 5 teams...

2. Nova- On their way down...No inside presence.

3. Baylor- Hasn't really proven themselves...at least in my opinion.

4. Purdue- No chance without Hummel...I think Siena should be the favorite in their game anyway.

5. Texas A&M- Have not proven they can play with the top teams.

I mean, why in the world should Duke NOT MAKE the Final Four. Honestly, their fans should be wildly disappointed if they don't make it to Indy.

Because Baylor is a team that matches up very well with the Dookies.

IMO, they're only going to have to beat Sam Houston State, Old Dominion(one of my upset picks), and Villanova to get there.

I honestly have Baylor in the national title game. That's how high I am on Baylor right now.

I have Baylor making it to the final four. I think they are the best team in that region, which isn't saying much at all.

Baylor probably got the best bracket and seeding that they possibly could have hoped for.

Im predicting that Baylor wont get a chance to play Duke. They'll recognize who they're playing instead though.

I have 4 teams from the Big12 in the Elite 8. aTm is one of them in that round, and the next.

Considering the crap in that region, it isn't outside of the realm of possibility. I think I had Baylor and A&M reaching the round of 8 in one of my brackets, but I only made that one because I got sick of putting duke in the Elite 8

If aTm can get out of the first round game, I certainly see them as a Sweet 16 or Elite 8 team.

Duke is Duke, but either one of them could run with them for 40 minutes. We just get em first.
