The joint was jumping! I was proud of them. Move the blue hairs out, let the good ole boys with the facial hair take over the first 15 rows. We need to throw our empty Skoal cans at MTSU.

GREAT atmosphere last night.. Got there about 7:30 and had great seats in 117...!! Had a blast!!!

MTSU beat the Vols in the NIT in Murfreesboro in the late 80's. I was there in my orange! They treated us very rudely. (and beat us easily) Doug Roth couldn't even get a freaking rebound in the warmups...embarrassing!

We are faithful season ticket-holders but we naturally eschew festival-seating in all it's forms.

As vindication, we give you the ESPNU announcers numerous mentions of excessive loudness, jocularity, and insensate standing-about.

Frankly, we were appalled.

Batteries are great to throw! Let's load up on batteries and throw them at the MTSU bench. Not the little AAA batteries. The D batteries!!!

Goes to show you how useless those old farts are. Only real VFLs were at the game, so a crowd that was significantly smaller than usual made a lot more noise than usual.

and it's great for a couple of games but you don't fund the program on 7k $10 tickets a night

Yeah, I know those guys are the cash cows, but I hate how the student section gets so much s*** when people complaining about TBA not being loud enough are probably those same people not cheering.

The wife and I just now still talking about how much fun that game was and the great atomphere and we got almost all the home games. It was as fun as any game thus year. It was just a fun night and it ticks me off with the scheduling that we dont know when we will play again. I was hoping for a Friday night game. Heading out on vacation saturday.
