Was Bumi the one with Oregon and the Gators in his thing? If so his name is Free Earl now and he's got Texas and the New York Giants listed.

I hope it doesnt make me a bandwagoner, but I just found these little icon thingys. But I think that my picture probably showed 2/3 of my issues in life anyways!

who have recently changed their "team" icons under your avatar hoping no one would notice, and suddenly became life long fans of programs, shame on you. It hasn't gone unnoticed, and you know who you are. May the sports Gods forgive you...

Fans changing their icons? How about fans changing their colors? Or has Hardwood forgotten this picture of the Hardwood family that was never supposed to be seen on VN?

:)

I say we extend amnesty and pardon all members who remove the Titans logo from their profile.

If you root for one major FBS team in football and a totally different big time team in college basketball, I really want to kick you in the groin. There are a few situations where it works, but for the most part, it's someone who wants a good/traditionally good program to root for in football and then the same in basketball, and many schools have one or the other. I.E. UT football fans, Kentucky basketball fans (which REALLY makes no sense to me) or UT football/UNC or Duke basketball fans.

I went to UF as a Freshman.
blahblahblahbeerblahblahblahchicksblahblahblahbeerandchicksblahblahblah

Then headed back home and went to Michigan State.

I am an all-sports fan of both schools. I cheer for the teams, the bands, the gardeners, and the lunch ladies if needed.

It has only come back to bite me twice (Citrus Bowl and NC Basketball game. both sucked for me as a Gator and Spartan)

And I grew up on Detroit Tigers Baseball.

I wish it were that cool...

The games I attended in Eugene were all Civil War games up until four or five years ago, and my Duck friends started dragging me along to hang out, usually with free tickets. Can't turn those down.
