I'm probably going to show my ignorance here but what does it matter?
Unless the NCAA is going to come down on him personally, I don't see why he should care.
Has the AA ever gone penalized a coach AFTER he left a program? This would set a precendent and would be a great thing for college athletics but I don't think they can legally go after him now. He is employed by another university. To penalize the coach and new school because of something done at another? This is another lawsuit in the waiting.
In the end, we will bear the brunt of whatever punishment is handed down.
