Thoughts on Kentucky

Wiltjer is looking to be a 4-year man. With his experience next year, alongside the incoming talent, we should perform closer to expectation.

A likely scenario.

Would appreciate your thoughts and input on the Yum Center thread....

Kentucky really Impressed me with the win over Ole Miss, a big win for sure. Wish I could say the same for the Card's:mad:.

Kentucky doing a classic Big Ten grinder game imitation. Up 30-21 at the half against A&M.

Elston Turner hit a ballsy shot to tie it up with 1.4 secs in regulation.

Noel seems to be improving at a good pace. He's better than what he's given credit for. People set themselves up to be brought down expecting him to be Anthony Davis

He's actually ahead of Davis in overall blocks at this point last year.

Very surprised at his progress.

Noel is averaging 4.8 last I looked.

True, Noel doesn't affect teams like Davis did. Davis could have had more blocks if teams drove more (since they often avoided him) . Noel doesn't have that reputation and so seems to get more people coming at him. Perfect example was the Ole Miss game, Noel was just eating the blocks up.

It's funny the last few games to see the rainbow arcs that the short guys are dishing up in the lane over Noel. Affecting shots like that is definitely the same as a block.

Cats blowing out USCjr 45-24 at the half. Frank Martin about to have a stroke.

I think one guy shot so high it nearly went over the backboard.
