QB play should be better next year and i'm thinking Ferg gets the nod. I Just think Worley is average at best and lacks a big league arm.

Worley's made several big league throws this season. Unfortunately, most of them have been dropped by rookie wideouts.

Worley, to me, is very Crompton-esque at this point. He has the tools to get it done, but the switch hasn't been flipped yet. It's like trying to crank a sputtering car. There's flashes, but he hasn't put it together yet.

I think he eventually flips the switch this season. At least, I hope so.

we have got to get through the grinder of Ga/Ala and USCjr without anymore major injuries. And we need some of the important injured players now to be back for the final four games. This would equate to a little better defensive and WR play. We cannot limp into the Auburn and Missouri games with alot of walk ons and sub SEC talent and expect to win either. The QB play is what it is but he needs all the help on the field he can get.

Worley has made one "big league throw" and that was to Croom against Oregon for the TD. Everything else has been off his back foot and off target. Half of his throws one hop to the receiver.

No love for that long ball to Pig for a TD against Florida, huh?

It all boils down to a simple anwser some guys just aren't good enough to play at a bcs school. Some of you will probably disagree with me but it just doesn't look like we have no talent at the QB position. I hate to say it but Worley & Peterman look like a fcs school QB. Sorry to be so negative but that's just the way it looks.

Sorry but that's an insult to FCS QB's.

Steve McNair
Terry Bradshaw
Joe Flacco

Among other greats were FCS QB's.

Butch get's paid almost $4,000,000 a year or $330,000 a month to answer these questions, I do indeed hope he comes up with an answer.
