why would schools jump ship from Div 1-aa when they have that oh-so-desired playoff so many are screaming for? why, its the only way to determine 'a true champion', right?

Did I see correctly on the ESPN ticker that Montana declined an invitation to join the WAC? That seems embarrassingly bad for the WAC, if true.

Montana's perfectly happy where they're at right now. They're worried about the transition process from FCS to FBS.

As well as they do in FCS, I don't think there's any way they could succeed in any FBS conference.
