I actually didn't recall him using it until you guys pointed it out. However, his avatar is different than the one I'm using, and it properly conveys the message that our team is marshmallow soft.

These numbers suck. They just do. Its obvious we've had a dropoff. We arent a fringe top 25. More like a solid 15-25 team, like Virginia Tech. What will it take to change this?
