I couldn't believe that there was so many empty spots in our area yesterday. Bruton says rain, but that doesn't explain 60,000 people.

He can use any excuse that he wants. Rain, the economy, whatever. But the cold hard truth is that people just don't want to go to Bristol anymore. When race fans go to a racetrack, 99% of the time they want to see good racing. But when they go to Bristol, they want to see wrecking and tempers flare. Neither of those two happen much at the new Bristol. The racing is better, but the excitement that made Bristol famous is all but dead. It's sad really.

Bad news actually. It's going to cost you more now, regardless of the supposed changes actually doing something.
