no problem. I'm sure that you, like me, shudder at the thought of Gore or Kerry trying to lead anything.
I have no issue at all with anyone who voted for Bush because they felt he would do well. I would have a problem if that same person says he is doing a fine job. I realize Bush supporters could not have seen this coming.

we could have all reasonably well predicted the majority of this second term, but even that isn't enough to ever get me to vote for a slimeball like Kerry. Forget his politics, he's just a shady character to me.

I voted for Bush and I would again if he could run. Flame away!

Yes, keeping track of Paris and Britney is far more important than a silly election anyway. I'll just vote for the same guy daddy votes for. :shakehead:

I agree, Gore thought he would take Tennessee plus he had spent too much time in Washington for Tennesseans to feel connected to him.

gore also became a radically different lunatic than the one Tennesseeans had been electing to senate.

Guys how could Gore not carry Tenn?

Red state agreed. Did you happen to hear his speeches and debates. At times he sounded like a real pinhead! Sometimes he comes across with a better than thou mentality. Then again most candidates do.

Didnt Gore campaign in East Tennessee and tell a crowd at Oak Ridge he wanted to cut federal funding. Then went to Nashville and told them he wanted to get away from farming subsidies?

I remember people not being happy about losing their jobs.
