I've heard that claimed by three or four stadiums. It doesn't look larger than the screen at Turner Field.
It's depends on what measurements the different stadiums print. Highest, widest, etc. Per square feet, the one in Arkansas' stadium is the largest of any sports venue in the world. See links below.

Razorback Football Camps
listed by the Guinness Book of World Records as the world's largest high definition video board. Since then, other stadiums including Dolphin Stadium in Miami, Florida, Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium in Austin, Texas, and a horse track in Toyko have installed larger boards.
