Time to bust out the spray paint for the rock!

This weekend is HUGE for recruiting (as are the next two) so, we need to assemble, bust out some paypal green, and paint the rock!!!!

We cant recruit players or coach them up once they sign, but we CAN give em a good ole Rocky Top welcome!

I say paint it for Marlin and Cam Clear this weekend...both would be major gets....lets do this Volnation.

Why don't any of you do it if it's of such importance? Typical Alumni, the first to ***** about students at games but then expect them to do their dirty work.

BTW, I was the one who did the subpar rock for Bryce Brown that got picked up by Yahoo and a few other sources, so I'm not a troll. Just tired of the typical responses from Alumni on this forum and GVX who complain about students and then expect them to stuff like this. Sorry if it came off as hostile, it's just annoying

Well even though Marlin is already on campus, its still not too late to paint the rock. We need to let him know he is wanted here at Tennessee and the Volnation is behind him.

You do realize that most of us don't live in Knoxville anymore and have full time jobs that prevent us from doing these kinds of things, right? If my memory is correct, I think I remember being on campus every single day while I was a student. 2008 was a long time ago though, so I may be wrong.

Dude I understand, it's just that for some reason the Alumni are under the assumption that Students don't care anymore(which is slightly true with the attention that UT pays to recruiting Art students)

It just gets annoying that some(again, not all) feel the need to trash students for participation
