He will have an uphill climb to make the Vikings <10% chance. He would have been better off trying to get healthy at UT and get a diploma. Major mistake on his part. Get a degree man, especially if you have health issues.

Wait if your and undrafted free agent, they won't let you get a degree. Man thats not good.

Really? Quote the comment or I call BS. Nobody in their right mind ever imagined that. Could be confirmation you're a nut job if you did.

Did you call Murray in the 5th and Mettenburger in the 6th as well? This draft is way effed up!

Am not surprised by Mettenberger, but I really thought Murray would go higher.

Now Murray gone to KC ... Bray still there?

I think this will motivate him to work harder and ensure him a place on the roster. I hope anyway

I will say if he overcomes his knee injury (Willis MaGahee) he will be the biggest early round miss in NFL history.

Tiny is a free agent, not even a pick. Barring his knee, should have gone within 3 rounds.

you said that if he came back from the knee injury, that he'd be the biggest early round miss in history

Unitas (9th) and Staubach (10th) lol'd, as does Brady

Roger dodger was going to serve in the navy for four years. That contributed to the round in which he was chosen.

I'm sure they are smart enough not to "lol" until he gets a chance to prove himself as they did...and they werent battling a knee injury...It's a little early yet Cooter.

you're saying that, if he gets over the knee injury, that he will be better than Unitas?

He has the chance and Unitas didn't have the knee injury. Only time will tell. If you want to go a step further with your argument, I would think Kurt Warner rising from a grocery store stocker would be stronger...just throwing you a bone.

AstroTurf and cold weather may make that knee worst...they have going to play outdoors for the next 2 years if he makes the team.. Just a thought

Umm, who the hell plays on Astroturf these days? Its not 1992. Fieldturf will be just fine on his knee. He needs to be on the right side or kicked inside to guard to make it in the league.

hmmm nah. I'll go with Unitas. You said best ever to not be drafted early. Unitas definitely ranks above Kurt Warner.

Ok...I'm out. Posters like you that like to split hairs with a ginzu knife wear me out. You get my point and you know full well Warner overcame a hell of a lot more than Unitas to win a Super Bowl.

Grats to Tiny for signing with the Vikings. To all those who need to piss on his parade to make yourselves somehow feel more adequate, kudos for being such great human beings. Maybe he did make a bad decision, but why harp on it and crow "I was right!" Seriously, if you have nothing better to do than belittle a young man chasing his dream, your life is pretty pathetic.

Last I looked, he suited up and gave his all for Tennessee. I'd say there might be a handful of posters on here that can make that claim, but I doubt the critics are among them. In fact, some of the critics probably didn't even attend UT.

Guys leaving early hurts the program. And it hurts even more when they go undrafted. He shouldve come back. And I don't believe the knee caused his issues. The scouts saw the same the we saw. A guy that jumped early and got beat like a drum all year.

He really could have used another year in college, it would have benefited him greatly, and the Vols too. He got some bad advice by those around him telling him to turn pro instead of playing his Sr season at UT.

They had like 30 rounds back then ...and no NFL Europe for exposure...not to mention relatively nonexistent social programs...Johnny U had to play brutal sandlot football whilst working...those sandlot teams were loaded with bitter factory workers who had greenlights to smack the crap out of "college boys"...other than that? Yeah Warner had to stock shelves.
