Tiny to Titans in second round mock draft

Does ESPN project him to go in the 2nd as well?

Not judging Tiny's decision or am I saying that these projections are 100% correct, but I thought Tiny left early because he was a projected 1st rounder.

Don't know I'm not a ESPN insider. But he is the 4th best ot on there board

The Titans devoted the last draft and off-season to shoring up the OL. They need a QB who can last longer than 5 weeks at a time, and an RB who can get through the line-of-scrimmage. What a waste of a draft choice Tiny would be.

The head coach likes locker and thinks he can make that work. Rb I'd agree with but its a late round pic IMO green did just fine when he was in. I think locker gets one more year then after that get petty or mariotta.

I don't think OL or DL are ever wasted draft picks.

If you want to see wasted draft picks look at the # of busts that have come out of the QB and RB positions. Unless there is a Peyton Manning or Andrew Luck sitting there, I'm not taking a QB in the 1st round. It's too risky.

The teams looking at Bridgewater and Manziel in the 1st round will be wasting their picks. Those players will get drafted because they're popular but they will do little to help their teams. Certainly not 1st round worth of help.

I disagree although the Titans could go Qb first round, Tiny second round, and RB 3rd round.

This was a playoff team be for locker got hurt. No reason to take a risk on a QB in the first round imo. They have to give Locker another chance to stay healthy based on what they saw early in the season.

Disagree. Tiny might not be the best OT for them to draft, but they need help badly at that position. Stewart has had a pretty rapid decline with injuries and Roos looks like he might need to be replaced soon as well. Don't disagree about QB and RB really, but it seems like their draft focus will be on OL and a pass rushing DE again this year.

JJ Watt and Robert Mathis hope the Titans take Tiny... Unless someone gets him to develop a mean steak and better fundamentals, he will be another Robert Gallery.

He's big enough to stick around, but he needs to work on his game.

I think the Titans will sign the best undrafted QB available (like Connor Shaw).

They could use a better QB but Bortles won't be there at 11. I think they are ok for another year at RB but they need to shore up O-Line and D-Line.

I wouldn't be surprised if they just picked the best player availble regardless of position when their picks come up.

Of course, none of this matters until we see what the fallout is from free agency and draft pick trades.

I think Tiny took a step back this year because the blocking scheme is so much different with read-option.

Other than snap penalties and one Clowney play, Tiny was brilliant his Soph season.

Since it seems like Locker will be around for another year, I don't think we'll draft a qb in the first or second round, but maybe someone like McCarron or Murray in the third round or later if they're available.

As far as Tiny goes I'm always ecstatic to see a former Vol go to the Titans, I hope it happens. He does need to work on some things but I don't think it would be a bad second round pick at all.

At one time Tiny seemed like a possible top 10 pick. If he goes 2nd round, he'll be losing a lot of money. He's got the potential to be good in the pros.

Tiny is expecting to go around 17. I'm hearing this from somebody close to the family. There children grew up together and still are close. But Tiny comes from a single parent lower income household and he felt he couldn't afford to stick around and risk injury. His family couldn't afford a Lloyd of Londons insurance policy.

The titans need LB, T, QB in the first 3 rounds. The take best available player with edges going to S and RB

Titans don't have a second round pick anyways. They traded it when they moved down to draft Hunter.

I saw a mock draft a few days ago that had the Titans taking Anthony Barr (UCLA) in the first round. I think that would be a great pick up for the D. Having Zach B. And Barr on the field together would be fun to watch.
