And they won’t be legacy kids, who were coming here anyway!! I think that is the best part. These kids see the improvements and WANT to be here!Having Echols, Bennett, and a trio of top 300 in state guys plus Gentle before the 2023 class even signs is absolutely massive. The 24 class could end up being similar to the 2015 class. Only this group will actually be developed by coaches that know what they’re doing
One can only hope he can turn that place into a D1 breeding ground. Particularly at the QB position. The talent level seems to be getting better in state. Which is huge in building on this season’s success. A couple of years ago I would’ve put us in the bottom 1/3 of states within the SEC. Now I’d only put Georgia, Florida, Alabama, and maybe Louisiana above usAnd Trent seems to like Tennessee as well. With him being their coach that’s a good thing

Trent is in love with our program under Heupel. It would be nice to have a feeder school that produces multiple SEC caliber recruits every year. Two former qb's who are on the same wavelengths. A mutual respect for each other. Definitely will get heads up about players Trent feels could develop into SEC caliber players.
