so our guys that do this for a living and have no real contacts in the program and get all their info, supposedly, from the prospects, have been completely blind sided by just how "in the mix" Miami is?

or.......

we need suscribers and TN fans freaking out is easy fn money? they all dropped CB's for him in the last 10 days, and maybe now they want to make sure this kid gets his moment when "he decides"?

hmm. i think he likes Miami, i think he probably had a great visit. i think he probably has the green light to go wherever he wants.

i also know he's visited TN more than any other place, and he's been up here a bunch lately. he's tight with several guys in this class, that we've been told for pretty good while now, that you get one, you likley get them all. well, we got one.

the last 10 days has been nothing but trending TN, and just am not going to believe that in 48 hours all that TN has done to recruit this kid the last two years, more specifically the last couple of months, is now water under the bridge....

i think patience here is warranted.

I think the kid, either in concert with VQ or independently is just building drama for his announcement. It was becoming a forgone conclusion that he was committing to the Vols. All the crystal balls for the big orange. Insiders both here and on VQ claiming he was a silent. I think he just wants his moment in the spotlight.

I was looking at the NCAA's website for total game attendance for 2018. Miami games, both home and away, would rank #14 in the SEC. Seriously, they barely beat out Vanderbilt. With every other SEC program they are eating our dust. Their average home attendance would rank 9th in the SEC. Even in home attendance they're not a top 20 program. We're, of course, a top 10. If the SEC were to trade Vanderbilt to the ACC in exchange for Miami I'm not sure there would be all that much net value in the deal.
