I had mixed feelings about this one. I saw him play my alma mater. He had a kickoff return for a TD and was a really good player, but he wasn't playing against other real D1 talent. He didn't just stand out.

I'm not a scout, so I know nothing. I believe he will need to develop for a bit wherever he goes.
