Thomas talked a lot about putting in for your state and that he is looking at his future beyond football and thriving in a normal life. I think he understands fully the benefit of attending TN over leaving the state. I felt better after hearing him talk about that. Also helps with all the Memphis connects this staff has and potential that Small joins us.

Auburn made a good impression on him over the weekend and at least might have made things interesting this week. But sources close to his recruitment still believe the Vols are the team to beat at the moment.

You have to admit OD is a helluva good sport. He lets all the crap thrown at him roll off his back. Yeah it's silly but it really doesn't hurt anything. In some ways McGill I think we could learn from OD.
