'18 TN OL/DL Cade Mays (Transfer)

I haven't seen it said in this thread so I thought I would post.

I think everyone here know I was disappointed by Cade's antics before, during, and after the Maryville game. But Cade really scored a few points in my book with what he did last Friday night at the Catholic game. A football player for Catholic decided to take a knee during the national anthem. Coaches would not be allowed to tell the athlete to stand up in that situation in fear of a lawsuit. So, Cade went over to the player and grabbed him by the shoulder pads and said, "No player will knell for the anthem while I'm on this team." The kid obviously stood up.

So, with that being said, I gained some more respect for Cade last Friday. I chalk up his antics at Maryville as immaturity of his first game as a Senior against a state power. Obviously he could have handled himself better, but my opinion has changes about him somewhat now.

You sure seem to know a lot about the things Cade Mays says during a football game. Do you play for Catholic?

I don't know why the coaches at Catholic would be afraid to tell a player not to kneel. They are a private school.

I asked my kid about this story. He said it didn't happen Cade stood beside him during the national anthem the whole time. I could see Cade doing this if it happened. But in this case it didn't.

So...basically some idiot thinks he's being cute by making sh** up about Cade.

Got it. :good!:

Cade Mays rumors are the best.

I heard he was seen in Alabama the other night backstage at a Trump rally with a Trump mask

This is from someone who knows him
