I don't see how Milroe can function well in DeBoers pass happy offense, because that sure as hell ain't his strength.
If Will Rodgers is going down there...he will take that spot, and Milroe will either move to RB or transfer imo...and I don't see him moving to RB...that was a joke.
I don't care about those stats..I actually watched him play...he ain't nowhere near accurate enough in the short-medium range throw to keep the chains moving...Rees used him about as well as he could possible be used.View attachment 613482
I mean, he put up pretty good passing numbers in Rees’ offense. I’m sure DeBoer/Grubb can do even better.
I hope you’re right. But DeBoer and Grubb can coach QBs.I don't care about those stats..I actually watched him play...he ain't nowhere near accurate enough in the short-medium range throw to keep the chains moving...Rees used him about as well as he could possible be used.
That is not DeBoers offense...at all...it was nothing like it.
They used him the same way we used Joe Milton this year.I don't care about those stats..I actually watched him play...he ain't nowhere near accurate enough in the short-medium range throw to keep the chains moving...Rees used him about as well as he could possible be used.

JM is only “scary” because of his running threat.View attachment 613482

All the coaching in the world can't make a guy like Milton or Milroe into something entirely different...I'm telling you, Tommy Rees did an great job squeezing everything he could out of Milroe..and Milroe had the most stacked roster in the world around him.I hope you’re right. But DeBoer and Grubb can coach QBs.
In 2022, Bryce Young had a 1.3% lower completion %, 494 more yards, 9 more TDs, and 1 fewer INT with about 100 more attempts. Milroe averaged 1.2 yards more per attempt (10.0 to 8.8).Soo...pretty much a way better running Joe Milton with a better roster(best in CFB)not dependent on his ARM to win.
OMG...dude, I am NEVER going to buy into "Milroe is a great QB"....NEVER.In 2022, Bryce Young had a 1.3% lower completion %, 494 more yards, 9 more TDs, and 1 fewer INT with about 100 more attempts. Milroe averaged 1.2 yards more per attempt (10.0 to 8.8).
I’d take Young’s overall numbers given the TD-INTs, but it’s pretty close. And Young had better talent around him.
Given that Young is one of the best QBs in college history, Milroe didn’t exactly suck to get numbers that close to Young with an inferior supporting cast.
We had the family and family friends over for dinner after my Grandpa’s funeral that day, and when that happened I wanted to chuck my drink at the tv so bad but I didn’t want to embarrass myself in front of everyoneAnd it would have been a monster sack if Baron wasn’t in a headlock. It’s easy to throw well when you have no pressure in the pocket
He’s an above average QB with a ton of talent around him that makes him look like a stud. I think this year we see his true nature. There’s a reason Saban benched him twice.OMG...dude, I am NEVER going to buy into "Milroe is a great QB"....NEVER.
He is like Milton...not great and not awful...and he is a better runner.
