Hate seeing anything good happen for the Irish……except beating USC in a couple weeks

Ordinarily, I'd agree with you, but Vol fans should be writing "thank you" notes to South Bend this season. Without Notre Dame, both Clemson and UNC would be undefeated and a MAJOR obstacle in our playoff path. If they beat USC, I may rename my firstborn Rudy.

Given what Narduzzi has done to shut down their passing game with his insistence on running the ball, complaining about throwing it too much with Pickett last year, leading to a new OC...combined with the Notre Dame offer....I can't say I blame him.

I've disliked Notre Dame since the 80's, but Kelly made it even easier to dislike them. Marcus Freeman makes it a little tougher. I do like him.
