Considering he was at UT for the second time in a month I'd say this weekend did help UT. He's not going to end up at Michigan. Our biggest competition seems to be Ole Miss.

No. Gray is an end zone magnet. They beat Whitehaven this season and that is a buff team every year. Gray is totally legit—dropping the mic now.

Gray and Payton would add some much needed speed on offenses. Great compliments for what we currently have.

Not right now...Howard wasn’t as a true freshman either. He’s got everything that makes a pro. Ball security issues are mental and are more a result of him trying to do too much. Remember Edgerrin James struggling with that playing for the Colts.

Naw distance is a bigger factor in this recruitment. Plus we could easily go on a late season run. Crouch is where winning/losing is hurting

He's visited twice in the last month. No one was expecting UT to beat Bama. Wins and losses when the recruits are in attendance isn't as important as many think for the recruit. It's much more about relationships, playing time, location, atmosphere, does mama like it, etc...

In recruiting, visits usually tell the tale and with him visiting multiple times lately that's a very good sign for UT.
