It’s worked for UGA though. They’ve sent their last 3 1st and 2nd string backs to the league. Gurley/Marshall, Chubb/Michel, and Swift/Holyfield. White and Cook probably go next year as well. Might change since UGA’s offense is supposed to change though.

Smart's been a HC for 5 seasons. He's played for a NC but lost mainly due to an offsides call on a blocked punt that would have sealed the NC for UGA. Dabo went 9 seasons before his first NC. Saban went 10. Kirby's doing all the right things to win one.
