So we’re down to they’re “not good prospects” if they play for a smaller high school who plays against lesser competition? Like Leighton Vander Esch (8 man football) and Herschel Walker back in the day, amongst countless other examples? Somebody go to the thermostat in the hallway and turn down the stupid!

That’s my order of preference also, but the arguments against Wolfe are goofy.

I’m not. I’ve been to parks in Northwest AR, Southern, and Central. I’ve lived and worked here for 7 years. Of the three states I’ve lived in, it’s the least beautiful and has the worst weather for actually enjoying the outdoors.

typically i'd agree with this, every fan base does it on some level.

but the reason some have cooled on wolfe isn't becasue of the typical "we can do better, didn't want anyway" (though i do recognize some are going that route).

for me, i know he's a take. and if he wants in, get in.

but i'm just sick and tired of it feeling like we have to beg some of htese in state kids to even consider TN...it almost feels like wolfe thinks he's doing TN a favor by mentioning us in regards to his recruitment.

for that reason, i'll get over it if he goes to OSU. won't phase me. cause, we are in on really good TE prospects....and it's not an absolute must we land this kid.

Totally agree with this. Instate kid who grew up a Vol fan should be a lock for UT. Winning will go a long way in making that happen.

Also, if we were leading with him, these folks in here saying he's overrated, ranked too high, whatever... would be run out of the thread with pitchforks.

I think he's a great prospect and great kid, he's got a lot of pro-UT folks around him out there, and provided Bama doesn't push hard for him I honestly think he ends up in UT's class.

Yea McNairy Central won that game. They gave Hardin their only regular season loss in 2019
