Have a recruiting question...it appears, with these last minute mind changes of a lot of these recruits this year, that last minute increases in NIL promises are playing a factor in some of these cases. Given what we saw last year with Florida and Rashada, is there a sentiment with the staff that some of these schools may be promising more than they actually have to spend(not implying bama and Jefferson) and the money may not be there on signing day? OR is there a thought that some schools may run out of money for NIL down the stretch and we may pick up some recruits that we haven't been that close with previously because the schools NIL, simply don't have any money left?Per me
Per who? TN has gone from 15% to 38% in like two days on the On3 RPM. I know many of you say it doesn't matter and it may not. But why has it been trending to TN? On3 isn't just making it up. The On3 recruiting people are talking to coaches and insiders like AP, Matt Ray, Callahan. I won't think it's a lock until it goes to like 80%, but it's at least a good sign.

From my understanding the On3 score is heavily influenced by social media mentions. Just having a bunch of TN fans retweeting or commenting on the video from the most recent visit could do that.Per who? TN has gone from 15% to 38% in like two days on the On3 RPM.
