'24 TN WR Amari Jefferson (Tennessee)

It’s a red flag that 9 WRs recorded stats for Alabama this year and Jefferson wasn’t one of them.
Is it a red flag that Braylon Staley didn’t play? I mean come on. They’re both redshirt freshmen and have 4 years to play. Idk why everybody is in such a rush to say no to such a talented kid

Some of our fans mindset is if you don’t perform at all conference level your freshman year then it you suck and need to be replaced. Players obviously don’t get better after their freshman year….

Don’t let facts ruin our narrative. We scored less than Oregon against Ohio State. Our offense is the worst in history and the CFB playoff committee will never pick us again

I don’t know, just on coaching alone will we be considered. You have to pay attention to a team that can get into the 12 team playoff with its worst offense in history. That s hall of fame material right there. Thanks for pointing that out.

The committee will change and so will the narrative on selection. Why do people create weird scenarios? Drama, Child's play, trolling? or just for the fun of it?

I think his ultimate decision to prioritize one sport of the two he excels at distracts those less invested in studying his athleticism. If CJH and TV are good I am good. I am hoping the allure of UT baseball gets him here and then let it play out. Won’t believe it till I see it.

Some are just that insane. Numerous people claimed our defeat would change the playoff committees criteria moving forward and how they perceived us.

Numerous people also think Alabama, South Carolina, and Ole Miss, Miami belonged in the CFP
Numerous people also think Indiana and SMU did not belong in the CFP
Numerous people think the seeding was totally screwed with the byes.
Numerous people think the Committee was B10 bias.

The selection process has and always will need fixing as long as there is a committee. The NCAA is to blame.

I seem to remember Hyatt didn't do much as a freshman and he didn't have a stacked WR room ahead of him like Bama does...
Regarding Jefferson, I think he probably would've played some garbage time in cupcake games later in the season (i.e., Mercer) if he hadn't had the hip surgery after the Vandy game. So the hip issue (which is fine now...he will participate in Spring), combined with a loaded WR room is the reason he didn't play. It's not because he's not talented.

Heupel and Saban both wanted him badly. He showed out among other top recruits in the UA All American Game. He's talented. If Tennessee gets him, that's a great pick-up.
