This post is for you. All the critics, so called "experts", and all the posters on various message boards. All of you said Tennessee had no chance and that we were the worst team left in the tournament. Keep hatin', our team is thriving off all your comment's.

This post is also directed at half the posters on Volnation. You guys are the biggest bunch of babies out of any fanbase. All you do is complain about how bad our coaching is or how bad or stupid our players are. Do me a favor, before you make another post after a loss next season bashing our players or our coach, remember this moment, and how good it felt. We would be lucky to be in the NIT right now without CBP, quit hatin' and enjoy the night.

It's great to be a Tennessee VOL......GBO

Why are threads like this necessary? All you accomplish is killing the excitement. I haven't seen anyone not give Pearl or this team kudos for what they've done in this tournament so far.

Really, you have never posted in a basketball forum in 5 years on the board and you take tonight to call people out, the biggest night in UT basketball history? What a man.

Many of the biggest message board losers were waiting to gloat but they were wrong. Makes it fun to rub their nose in it and maybe they like a puppy will learn to stop soiling the carpet

People have listened to the Pearl bashing around for a couple of years now -- over and over. Somehow, you expect them to simply forgive and forget just because people now say, oops I was wrong?

Seems like they can dish it out for months and months, but can't take it for even one night. Pretty revealing if you ask me.

The basketball experts around here were wrong about Pearl, wrong about Billy Clyde at Kentucky, wrong about Prince, wrong about Maze, and on and on and on.

No, I'd say the Pearl supporters are just getting cranked up. The haters better head over to the football forum.

I just don't see the point of starting threads to call out other Vol fans. Just enjoy the win. I know I do.

I don't see anything wrong with criticism after getting killed by awful teams like Georgia and USC. But Pearl has done an amazing job to go from that to where we are now. The "haters" who are being called out in these threads have given him credit. That's why I find threads like this pointless.

I'm not trying to straighten anyone out. I just love all of the, "hey, I gave credit now leave me alone" posts.

I will enjoy it, just like I enjoy every win... and I'll keep posting about it. Thanks for the advice though. But you just step aside now, while us Pearl supporters take over for a while. It's going to be a long summer for the haters.
