:good!:
I guess I'm one of the few that don't care if rival fans come on our board. Makes it more interesting. I've checked out a few rival boards before.....I don't blame ya for coming here.
agreed. I never understand rooting for the conference, it doesnt help your team in any way, it just hurts you in recruiting.
What about when Florida plays Alabama?

I have to say when the Gators and the bummers play the best I can hope for is that both buses crash and every player on both buses get minor ankle injuries and the NCAA rules that both teams lose! That's the best you'll get from me. I can't stand either group! GO VOLS!What about when Florida plays Alabama?
Actually, we were all just completely ignoring him. Thinking that would be an absolutely classic response to someone hoping for a reaction.
Anyway, we do like others on here in most cases, but BB, we missed a great opportunity there.:birgits_giggle:
I always root for UGA, Bama, USC, LSU, FL, etc. when playing against non-conference foes. I hate the Gators and Bama, but I love SEC football and want the whole nation to realize that the SEC is hands down the best conference in the nation.
Ask Bob or Urban what kind of respect polls, computers and potentially this committee gives to their conferences and how it affects their bowl/playoff prospects at the end of the year. The SEC was in that situation at one time i.e. Auburn 2004. The 2006 UF-OSU game, coupled with Michigan being hammered in the Rose Bowl, completely changed the landscape of how people viewed both the SEC and the B1G IMO. Then LSU-OSU in 2007 further "proved" the divide and the SEC has gotten the benefit of the doubt every year since.
Oklahoma and Ohio St have both played in the BCS title game a few times. I can't think of a single time that Oklahoma was in a position at the end of the year to be considered and didn't make it in.
