What would help in these situations is these cops got hit in the their own pockets. Law suits against the sheriffs dept only hurt the tax payer.

That one is tough. I think this is a situation where the cop is going to be able to say he was in fear for his life and it will work. Very sad situation.

I couldn't tell if there was a burglar in the house or what the guy shot at, he was absolutely acting weird. BUT the "drop your weapon bam" is BS. The cop didn't give the guy a half second before he started shooting.

This is better than what we've been seeing from some of these blue states. Let's hope they are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. There is one on the loose. My guess is these dudes got a long rapsheet and should not have been on the street.

This seems to be the street thugs MO and they have studied the crimes of similar thugs in other states. Not this time.
