It's down.. I think. Where are the defenses? Or has the SEC just caught up with the rest of college football with the spread offenses equating to faster paced games and more points? Not sure which one, but would lead to it being a down year. Specifically in the east.

We might not beat Bama but I have feeling we upset Mizzu in Columbia. I hope Mizzu beats USCe next week, so they can go undefeated and overlook UT.

I would prefer Mizzou to have two losses, one of them to us, and we win out...

The SEC has more competitive teams. There is just more talent on other teams. Its a little more balanced then in year past. You could say the SEC is "down," it just means there is beginning to be a shift. Some SEC teams are on the rise.

If we beat auburn & mizzou, yes, we'd be ranked

If we coulda held on vs UGA, we'd be 2nd in SEC east

It would be great to even just split with mizzou & auburn though really. It will be tough to do - we wouldn't be ranked after that though, but still be nice

That would put us at 8-4 so it would be close. Depends on everyone else. Also, Mizzou and Auburn look much better than everyone thought. Those will be tough games. jmo

It was funny to see VU beat UGA but I'll never root for Vanderbilt in anything. If Vandy was playing the University of Tehran,I would root for Tehran! I don't think any Vomitdore fans would root for Tennessee in anything.
