Says his delivery takes forever - NFL DB's would eat him alive. His accuracy is eratic, and he wouldn't even be a first day pick as a QB. I guess he's most likely coming back for next year. Oh well. Oh, and he did mention that he is one of the best COLLEGE players ever.

It's not as if another year in Meyer's system is going to elevate his draft status.

He'll just fall in line with the rest of the florida qb's that have graced the nfl with their presence. I heard he has real good pocket (presents) though:birgits_giggle:

Tebow is one of the best college players ever and we are lucky to have him. Draft status or no draft status, who would you take on your college team?

I think he would present an interesting option as a tight end. Can block, can catch and run and take hits. Could even be an occiasional threat to catch a lateral and throw it.

That's what I was thinking. I could see him being a Jason Witten clone.

Antonio Gates didn't even play college fb and turned into an all-pro.

Tebow could be a very good tight end. I think it's his best option on the next level.

Tebow's about 3 inches and 30lbs. away from being a Jason Witten clone.

He's not as big as Gates either.

I could see him in some sort of H-back role though.

Tebow will not be a Jason Witten clone. that parallel just doesn't make sense to me, at all.

Tebow is what 240ish? Gates is around 260.

Dallas Clark is around 255.

Shockey is 6'5 and maybe 250.

I guess Tebow would be more of a Dallas Clark than Witten.

Tebow could add 10 to 15 pounds and be fine as a TE.

The other night they said that he has taken a total of 18 snaps from center in his UF career. Mostly the "victory" formation.

How will that work in the NFL.

I have heard that he is being projected as a FB or TE. Would be interesting to see someone draw up a TE throwback pass or something like that.
