was a cool cover

I remember he was skinny, those were sweatbands around his ankles.

That game against Alabama in 1984 where Terry picked off the pass in the end zone to preserve the win was the last time I have seen a game at Neyland Stadium.

I'll never forget when SI came to Knoxville to do a feature on Bo Jackson when #1 Aurburn rolled into Neyland. Next weeks cover was Tony Robinson and the Vols instead.

...and if I'm not mistaken, the caption read "Bombs Away" b/c Robinson threw so much to Tim McGhee

Tony was one of the best qb's I have ever saw play. He was an amazing player.

I was just a kid then but wasn't there something about him being able to do something like sit on his knees and throw through the uprights from the fifty or some crazy show of armstrength or am I thinking of another qb?
