To'o To'o: "We'll see them again"

I just don’t see the hand wringing about playing Bama again. Both Saban an WillAnderson said Bama was “anxious” before the game. Heupel was in their head before the game, just like he was in LSU’s head the week before. And in the championship game, there would be even more pressure on Bama, not UT. I’d say we just need to reload the Humidor before the game.

I'm not going to start a thread on this... We know we had 3 key players out for this game. Does anyone know if bama was at full strength or were they down any players?

My favorite moment of the game was our fans celebrating juxtaposed with Alabama players slowly walking with their heads down. The numbers on their helmet serving as a perfect reminder of how they are anonymous, disposable and totally meaningless as individuals in the context of their program. It was a perfect reminder of how different our programs are in their natural state. Tennessee is fully of vitality and joy even after some lean years. We sing Rocky Top. They sing Rammer Jammer. Even in the best of times Alabama is essentially the college football equivalent of a North Korean penal colony.
LOL. Kim Jung Saban.

I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt until the video surfaced of him trying to injure Hooker when he was down. Just another Bama cheater getting processed. Banks played better than he did anyway IMO

I saw that while rewatching. Very good point. I can't hate To'o because he seems like any normal kid. Outstanding linebacker and still a kid trying to figure things out. This is that lesson in karma that we all learn mostly the hard way. But to your point the obvious attempt to rough up our QB was just a bad look.

I don't think this interview has been posted. At the 1:44 mark Henry is asked if this is a hard one for him. Fighting back tears, his reply: "We'll see them again. We'll see them again."

The players who left are the ones who accepted the money. There’s always a price to pay when you get busted and we probably cut a deal where the ones who took the money were identified and released from the program and allowed to transfer. In exchange, UT avoided worse sanctions…….just my theory.

I have tried to give this guy the benefit of the doubt since we don’t really know the details of his departure. But watching him kick Hooker while Hooker was on the ground has changed my opinion of him. Also, the Fant video where Fant is smoking a cigar and mocks Henry saying “it’s just business” suggests some of the loyal players may have had enough too. Henry may have a target on his back if we see him again.

He better buy a ticket then because Ole Miss is going to torch them too and leave them out of the SEC championship game.
